3D Game in Unity with Music Analysis
Petrjanoš, Jakub ; Chlubna, Tomáš (referee) ; Milet, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis is about music analysis and it's usage in game development in game engine Unity. With help of music analysis there is implemented path finding in procedural generated terrain. In development were used experimental methods and result is game, which generates path based on chosen song through procedural generated terrain and visualizes music.
Application of morphometric methods in anthropology
Pešek, Adam ; Eliášová, Hana (advisor) ; Šuláková, Hana (referee)
In last thirty years a new branch of comparative biology is growing rapidly, this branch is called the geometric morphometrics. Methods of geometrics morphometrics allow to gain and evaluate data about shape and size of studied object in 2D or 3D space. The character of input data divided methods used in geometric morphometric on method based on analysis of outlines and method based on analysis of landmarks. Many modern technologies like contact scanner, laser scanner or tps software are helping in data acquisition. The main conclusion of this bachelor work was exploring usability of methods of geometric morphometric in many cases in Anthropology. In many biological and mainly anthropological studies, geometric morphometric were applicated to compare shape variance and in studies of variability of shape. Common are studies of sexual dimorphism on human skeleton, ontogenetic developement of skeleton, disparity of sign on human skeleton among population and ethnicity or changes of these forms of structures in populations during time.

The fast Fourier transform and its applications to European spread option pricing
Bladyko, Daniil ; Stádník, Bohumil (advisor) ; Fleischmann, Luboš (referee)
This master thesis should provide reader with an overview of the European spread options evaluation using the fast Fourier transform numerical method. The first and second part of the thesis deal with the theoretical foundations of Fourier analysis and existing approaches of spread option valuation under two and three-factors frameworks (namely GBM - geometric Brown motion and SV - stochastic volatility). The third part describes extention of Hurd-Zhou (2010) valuation method by tool for call and put spread options pricing in case of negative or zero strikes. Extension will be compared with Monte Carlo simulation results from a variety of perspectives, including computing complexity and implementation requirements. Dempster-Hong model, Hurd-Zhou model and Monte Carlo simulation are implemented and tested in R (programming language).

Analysis of electron current instability in E-beam writer
Bok, Jan ; Horáček, Miroslav ; Král, Stanislav ; Kolařík, Vladimír ; Matějka, František
The electron beam writer Tesla BS600 works with a thermal-field electron emitter, fixed electron energy of 15 keV and a rectangular shaped variable-size electron beam. The size of the shaped beam (stamp) can be set from 50 to 6300 nm in standard mode and from 16 to 2100 nm in high-resolution mode. The basic increment of the stamp size is 50 nm, resp. 16 nm. Electron current density inhomogeneity and long-term instability in stamps can have negative impact on the exposure quality. Therefore, we focused on a study of the current time instability. The current density in variously sized stamps was measured by a picoammeter and a PIN diode video channel as a function of time. We analyzed short-term and long-term current instabilities using filtering techniques, as well as the Fourier analysis. Based on the results, we could be able to find reasons of the current instabilities and to propose improvements to achieve higher exposure quality.
Carpe diem – Raymond E.A.C. Paley: life and scientific work (1907-1933)
Zolotarev, Igor ; Žitný, K.
Raymond Edward Alan Christopher Paley, the student of G.H. Hardy and J.E. Littlewood, influenced the progress of harmonic analysis in the 20th century not only through the proper scientific publications about Fourier analysis in the complex domain, lacunary series, trigonometric interpolation and developments in polynomials, but by means of the collaboration with the co-authors J.E. Littlewood, A. Zygmund and N. Wiener, too.

Kozánek, Jan ; Žitný, K.
The biography and the scientific work of the british mathematician Raymond Edward Alan Christopher Paley (1907-1933) is presented. He was engaged in the domain of harmonic analysis and published together with prestigious mathematicians as J.E. Littlewood, A. Zygmund, N. Wiener and G. Pólya.
The Impact of the Grid Impadance on the HPF Performance
Škramlík, Jiří
For the implementation of Hybrid Power Filters (HPF) into a real environment it is desirable to know the impact of the grid impedance on the HPF performance. The paper evaluates the impact of diffetent components of the grid impedance and a load impedance on the HPF performance criteria by using the Fourier analysis.
